BOX BREATHING
Count 1-2-3-4 repeatedly while you breathe in, hold your breath for a count of 4, breathe out for 4 and then let your breath out for 4. Repeating these steps 12 times allows you do this for 3 minutes in total.
4-7-8 BREATHING
Breathe in four 4 counts, hold your breath for 7 counts, and breathe out for 8 counts. Repeat these steps at least 4 times.
